Business Analysis

As the key liaison between the Business and Information Technology teams, Alzaro’s Business Analysts play a key role in the elicitation of business requirements and the development of functional solutions.

We seek and supply highly qualified Business Analysts to assist our client’s by utilising some of their highly tuned skills including:

  • Communicating within Project Teams and the wider business to elicit Business, Process, and Functional Requirements

  • Analysis of system parameters and other system changes necessary to support these requirements

  • Agile tools and techniques

  • Production of detailed process maps

Testing

Testing

(System Integration & User Acceptance)

Testing is a critical phase of the project lifecycle. If it is not managed and executed in a proper manner, it could result in operational or reputational risks being realised. Many projects require compliance or regulatory adherence and any failures could result in significant breaches or severe internal operational impacts.

Alzaro provides highly qualified Test Managers and Engineers that are proficient in all facets of testing including the ability to:

 

  • Manage test teams (cross functional, multi train)

  • Develop test strategies and plans

  • Develop and write test case scenarios and conditions

  • Execute test case scenarios (including automation)

  • Document test progress reports

  • Document bugs/issues found in testing

  • Work with other project members and stakeholders to identify potential manual workarounds to system defects uncovered

  • Perform testing functions across all facets of a project including system integration testing, user acceptance testing etc.

Technical SME's/

Development

This role often requires highly specialised skills and we have some of the best and brightest working for us at Alzaro. We have a demonstrated ability in working with large enterprise solutions (including cloud), developing new software or upgrading existing applications, products and services. Technical SME’s are required to not only work on existing large-scale internal systems; they are often called upon to integrate new technologies to meet particular customer needs.

Strategy & Architecture

Alzaro has some of the most experienced enterprise and solutions architects available to assist customers with devising or delivering a strategic roadmap.

 

The Enterprise Architect’s role is to define the strategic roadmap and to control and lead business solutions and technical infrastructure efforts. These efforts are aligned to realising the strategic plans formulated by the business.

 

The Solutions Architect’s role is to formulate solutions to help solve business problems and improve business functionality in a way that complies with the architecture roadmap defined by the Enterprise Architect. Solutions must be feasible to implement by developers and infrastructure providers and must be within the budgetary constraints.

Change Management

Alzaro recognises that competitive environments require constant evolution and change. In order for organisations to keep up with this ever-changing and at times volatile environment they must review and apply a structured approach. This ensures that changes are successfully implemented to optimise long-term benefits.

 

Alzaro’s role is to provide highly qualified specialists in the area of change management that can help enable our clients to facilitate and achieve long lasting benefits, through their ability to communicate and influence people, process and technology.
